Return Policy

Alpacahuset.dk webshop understands and accepts if you wish to return your items. Therefore, we offer a 14-day full right of return on items purchased from the webshop. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the package.

You must notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt that you wish to cancel/return your purchase. Notification must be sent by email to: info@alpacahuset.dk In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot cancel simply by refusing to accept the item.

You can expect a 2-5 day response time from the day we receive your returned items.

We are naturally very interested in knowing why our product did not meet your expectations, so please write a short message and include it in the return package.

The full price will be refunded if the return package meets our requirements.

Any free gifts must also be returned with the item, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried more than described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but not actually use it.

As described above, the items must be unused and returned in a condition that does not impair the quality of the item. The labels on the items must not be removed, nor the hangtags.

Shipping costs for returns are covered by you as the customer.

Return items must be sent as a parcel with delivery to the address, we do not accept return packages at parcel shops and do not accept packages sent cash on delivery. All return items that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and will therefore be returned to you without a refund.
